Return and Exchange Policy


At Big Cool, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience.
However, we kindly ask our customers to review our return and exchange policy before making a purchase:

1. Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or significantly different from the description.


2. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide photos showing the issue.


3. Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.


4. In some cases, the customer may be asked to ship the product back to an address provided later, with shipping costs borne by the customer unless the error is on the supplier’s side.


5. Refunds (if applicable) are issued using the same payment method and may take up to 14 business days.


6. Personal items such as (earphones, cosmetics, underwear) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
